Als gevolg hiervan geven wij hierbij een soortgelijke <em>notice<\/em> af voor al onze Fixed Premium verzekerden, inclusief Charterers Liability.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_custom\" style=\"height:50px\"><\/div><div class=\"w-image us_custom_7cd9500e align_none\"><div class=\"w-image-h\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"670\" src=\"https:\/\/nnpc-marine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/notice_cancellation_of_war_risks_for_certain_covers.jpg\" class=\"attachment-full size-full\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nnpc-marine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/notice_cancellation_of_war_risks_for_certain_covers.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/nnpc-marine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/notice_cancellation_of_war_risks_for_certain_covers-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/nnpc-marine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/notice_cancellation_of_war_risks_for_certain_covers-1024x572.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_custom\" style=\"height:50px\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Met ingang van 00:00 uur GMT op 5 maart 2026 zal de dekking voor oorlogsrisico&#8217;s voor alle <em>Fixed Premium<\/em> verzekeringen worden uitgesloten met betrekking tot:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Iran en Iraanse wateren, inclusief kustwateren tot 12 nautische mijlen uit de kust; en<\/li>\n<li>Perzische\/Arabische Golf en aangrenzende wateren, inclusief de Golf van Oman en wateren ten westen van de lijn vanaf de territoriale grens van Oman bij Kaap al-\u1e24add op 22\u00b042.5&#8217;N, 59\u00b054.5&#8217;O noordoostelijk tot de grens Iran-Pakistan op 25\u00b010.5&#8217;N, 61\u00b037.5&#8217;O.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deze <em>Notice<\/em> heeft geen effect op andere gebieden waar momenteel sprake is van een beperking of uitsluiting. Alle overige voorwaarden en bepalingen blijven ongewijzigd.<\/p>\n<p>Op dit moment geldt de beperking van de dekking alleen voor <em>Fixed Premium<\/em> polissen inclusief Charterers Liability, dit kan echter in de komende dagen veranderen naarmate de situatie zich verder ontwikkelt.
